Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree (MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CIM, AMA) is an asset.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in food industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, brand development, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales and marketing team.
  • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets and performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Creative, innovative, and adaptable in a fast-changing market environment.
  • Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for achieving measurable business outcomes.
