We are looking for an experienced
.NET Development Lead
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capabilities with leadership experience and enjoys staying hands-on with code.

Contract:
12 months (with strong potential for extension)

Location:
Makati

Schedule:
9am-6pm, once week onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers while remaining actively involved in hands-on coding
  • Design and develop full-stack applications using .NET Core and Angular
  • Build and maintain scalable microservices-based systems
  • Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the development lifecycle
  • Promote coding best practices and mentor junior developers

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in .NET Core and Angular development
  • Proven background in microservices and full-stack architecture
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and design scalable solutions
  • Experience in leading development teams while maintaining individual contributions
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred but not required:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
  • Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
