We are seeking a Technical Lead with proven experience in BFSI, banking, payments, or financial services projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of complex applications and solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.


Job Description
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and SMEs to design technical implementation plans aligned with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end development and delivery of technical solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and deployment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation of technical specifications.
  • Manage release cycles in alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with application support teams to address system issues.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 1-2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong background in BFSI, banking, payments, or financial services projects.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
