What You Bring to the Build

General Experience

  • 5-6+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership or senior developer role
  • Experience in
    Agile/Scrum environments
  • Proven success
    leading development teams
    and delivering projects
  • Portfolio of impactful
    Salesforce projects

Technical Expertise

  • Deep proficiency in
    Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs
  • Expert-level knowledge of
    Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines and Git
  • Deep knowledge of
    at least two Salesforce Clouds
  • Salesforce certifications (Application or System Architect) are highly regarded
