Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a JAVA Technical Lead located in Metro Manila, with some work from home flexibility. The JAVA Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, designing and implementing microservices and Jakarta EE applications, and ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns. The role also involves mentoring team members, code reviewing, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
