Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Admin to support our logistics and supply chain operations. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating shipments, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to keep processes smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams for timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time arrivals.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and logistics activities.
  • Assist in resolving delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies.
  • Support the logistics team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From Php18,500.00 per month
