Operations Head – LogisticsJob Overview:

The Operations Head in Logistics is responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing the company's logistics and supply chain operations. This role ensures efficient movement of goods, cost-effective operations, and compliance with industry standards while maintaining high service levels to clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily logistics and supply chain operations including warehousing, distribution, transportation, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Oversee fleet management, scheduling, and routing to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels, and operational performance; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Manage vendor, partner, and client relationships to ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the logistics team to achieve company goals and maintain operational excellence.
  • Forecast, plan, and allocate resources to meet customer demands and business objectives.
  • Prepare and present operational reports, performance reviews, and budget analysis to senior management.
  • Drive digitalization and technology integration for logistics optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • At least 5–10 years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution management.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics management systems (LMS), ERP, or related software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
