William Brothers Manila is looking for a
Procurement and Logistics Manager
to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire procurement process, from supplier sourcing to contract negotiation and purchasing.
  • Manage inventory, delivery schedules, and logistics to support multiple construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies while ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Supervise the procurement and logistics team, providing guidance and leadership.
  • Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to anticipate and fulfill material and equipment requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least
    5 years of experience
    in procurement and logistics, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and vendor management, supply chain processes, and cost analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/logistics software tools.
  • Based in or willing to work in
    Cainta, Rizal.
