KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily logistics activities including receiving, storage, dispatching, and transportation.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including trip logs, fuel consumption, and incident reports.
  • Manage drivers, riders, helper and logistics support teams, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Monitor staffs' performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure fleet availability and reliability.
  • Track and control transport costs, including fuel usage, repairs, rentals, and outsourced services.
  • Resolve operational issues such as delays, accidents, or service complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics transactions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues related to logistics operations.
  • Prepare and analyze logistics performance reports, including delivery accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehousing, transport, and distribution processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportation operations.
  • Proficiency in logistics systems, ERP/WMS software, and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
