Tech - IT Logistics & Assets Specialist | Billease

The Job

• Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, desktops, peripherals, network equipment, and software licenses; conduct regular audits and reconciliations.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee procurement, delivery, allocation, return, and replenishment of IT hardware and supplies.
• Vendor Management: Assist in vendor sourcing, purchase orders, deliveries, warranties, and contract coordination.
• Documentation & Reporting: Keep complete records of all IT assets and prepare periodic reports on inventory, utilization, and depreciation.
• Technical Support: Coordinate with IT teams for deployments, setups, decommissioning, and provide basic troubleshooting support.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to company policies, data security standards, and proper disposal of assets.

The Ideal Candidate

• Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and tools like Excel. Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Must be amenable working in Ermita, Manila

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
