Admin Assistant

Job Description:
- Manage phone calls and communications email letters shipments etc
- Create and update records and databases for fixed assets and inventory
- Keep track of office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist the delivery and vehicle Schedule
- Secure and maintain the cleanliness of the office
- Pay monthly utility bills and corporate dues
- Organize compile Legal documents such as business Permit
Qualifications:
- College graduate in Business administration,
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to travel to Manila for 3-5 days training (all expenses is provided except for food)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
