
HR and Admin Assistant

- Responds to inquiries of employees concerns;
- Handles recruitment activities and handling employment documentation;
- Performs timekeeping activities;
- Prepares and updates personnel records (201 files) and encodes information into the employee data base;
- Prepares orientation materials and conducts orientation for new employees;
- Monitors inventory and requisition of company uniforms;
- Administers employee benefits including processing and documentation of statutory benefits;
- Prepares documents requested by employees such as certifications and clearances;
- Assists in administering the performance appraisal system, job evaluation, salary and benefits review, employee relations and other HR programs;
- Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- A graduate of human resource management, psychology, political science, business management, business administration, behavioral science or any related courses;
- Preferably with at least (6) six months experience as a human resources assistant or equivalent professional practice;
- Proficient in written and communication skills;
- Proficient in basic computer processes programs (Microsoft word, excel power point and e-mail);
- Excellent in decision and problem solving skills;
- Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
- Self-motivated and hardworking;
- Positive personal values and strong work ethic;
- Willing to work ASAP
