We are urgently hiring an Admin Assistant to join our growing team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or in a similar support role.
- Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with corporate compliance requirements and document management.
- Proficient in Google Suites (Gmail, Sheets, Docs and such).
- Knowledge in accounting software is a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
