Job Summary:
Innohouse Inc. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to manage the company's human resources and administrative functions. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in HR and office administration, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
● Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
● Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR documents in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
● Payroll Support: Monitor daily time records, leave balances, and attendance; coordinate with the Accounting team for payroll processing.
● Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee concerns, implementing company policies, and fostering a positive working environment.
● Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
● Coordination: Serve as a liaison between management and staff, and coordinate with external agencies and service providers as needed.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
● Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee benefits, and standard HR practices.
● Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
● Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Discreet, reliable, and capable of handling sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience in construction, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
● Familiarity with timekeeping and payroll systems.
● Basic knowledge of government compliance systems such as SSS R3, PhilHealth EPRS, and Pag-IBIG HDMF.
● Proactive, approachable, and able to work independently.
● Willingness to perform fieldwork or assist in project site coordination when needed.
