
Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will oversee the entire HR function of the organization, ensuring alignment of HR practices with business objectives. This role involves managing recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and the overall employee lifecycle. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to management and a trusted resource to employees, fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
- Administer compensation, payroll, and benefits programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Lead training and development initiatives to support employee growth and career progression.
- Monitor and evaluate performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Advise management on HR best practices, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certifications is an advantage).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the overall HR process, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, training, and compliance.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in HR systems and MS Office applications.
