Leasing Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Leasing Officer will be responsible in all aspects of store leasing or acquisition of new store such as:

• Sourcing prospective areas/locations to lease
• Prepares and process applications to lease and review of lease contract agreement
• Knowledge in dealing with contractors in store construction process
• Knowledge in processing business permit
• Conduct research, site sourcing, coordination, and scheduling for exhibits and showroom locations.
• Prepare and monitor payment requests, including rentals, renovations, and monthly billings.
• Handle contract preparation, review, negotiation, and monitoring for exhibits, showrooms, and staff houses.
• Coordinate with accounting, mall admins, and other departments for permits, technical requirements, and logistics.
• Ensure proper documentation, communication, and office supply management for smooth leasing operations.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree of any business courses
• Proficient in English communication skills both verbal and written, with negotiation skills, market networking, and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• At least 1 to 2 year (s) of working experience in commercial space leasing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php32,000.00 per month
