Position Overview:

As a Travel Operations Manager, you'll take the lead in running ODD Travel's expeditions from start to finish. You'll oversee trip logistics, manage teams, coordinate with global partners, and make sure every traveler experiences the ODD magic — smooth, organized, and unforgettable.

We're looking for an outgoing leader — confident, dependable, and people-oriented. Someone who can take charge when things get hectic, solve problems on the go, and inspire both the team and our travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of ODD Travel expeditions — from planning to on-ground coordination.
  • Manage and mentor the travel operations team to ensure excellence in all aspects of trip delivery.
  • Oversee communication with hotels, airlines, guides, and local partners.
  • Ensure seamless logistics, comfort, and satisfaction for every co-traveler.
  • Join and lead international trips when needed, representing ODD Travel with confidence and warmth.
  • Handle real-time decisions and operational challenges with grace under pressure.
  • Work closely with the Travel Director and creative team to continuously improve the traveler experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership or coordination experience in travel, events, or operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, confident, and organized — a natural team leader who loves solving problems.
  • Must be willing and excited to travel locally and internationally.
  • Can handle multiple projects and make smart decisions under pressure.
  • Passion for travel, teamwork, and creating world-class experiences.
