Responsibilities Deliver in‑depth day‑to‑day operational support and escalation management. Resolv wing‑to‑wing customer escalations accurately and within set timelines. Conduct root‑cause analysis and case resolution to prevent recurrence. Ensure process TATs are met and liaise with stakeholders for deviations. Collaborate with Quality and Training teams to eliminate errors and improve processes. Initiate proactive early‑warning triggers and escalation plans based on defined processes. Maintain excellent communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications / Must‑Haves 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, or Reservations Sales roles. Strong communication skills.
