Position Overview:

As a Travel Admin Assistant at ODD Travel, you'll work closely with our Travel Coordinators to make every expedition smooth, fun, and memorable. You'll help manage travel logistics, documents, and bookings, and soon, you'll get to assist or even lead trips abroad. We're looking for someone organized, cheerful, and ready to handle both spreadsheets and adventures with a smile.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Travel Coordinators in planning, organizing, and executing trips.
  • Prepare and organize travel documents such as visas, itineraries, and bookings.
  • Support with bookings — flights, hotels, and transport — ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Join local or international trips as an on-ground assistant or leader.
  • Handle pre-departure briefings and coordinate logistics during trips.
  • Communicate with local partners, guides, and travelers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain organized records of bookings, supplier files, and traveler information.
  • Provide admin support to the travel and operations team.
