About the role

As the Marketing Manager at Good Pastry Café', you will play a key role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives. In this full-time position based in BF Homes Paranaque City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective campaigns to promote the café's products and services, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and traditional media
  2. Managing the company's online presence, including the website and social media accounts, to ensure a consistent brand identity and engaging content
  3. Conducting market research and data analysis to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and inform marketing strategies
  4. Collaborating with other departments, such as operations and product development, to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company's overall goals
  5. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics to continuously improve and optimize
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implementing new strategies to maintain a competitive edge

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to stakeholders
  4. Proficient in data analysis and using analytics to inform marketing decisions
  5. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  6. Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  7. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
