Role Purpose:

As a Business Travel Consultant at ISON Travel , you will be an integral part in supporting our UK and US team and dedicated to providing exceptional support for our corporate clients' business travel needs.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective travel arrangements while delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications/Skills

· GDS - Sabre, Amadeus or Travelport experience is a must.

· Must have an experience in flight bookings, hotel , ground transportation, and itinerary planning.

· Proven experience as a Travel Consultant in a marine, corporate or business travel environment.

· Experience working on a US, UK or EU corporate or leisure account is a plus.

· Familiarity with travel booking tools and corporate travel management systems.

· Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

· Flexibility to work on day shift, night shift, weekends, and bank holidays.

· Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in high-pressure situations.

· Knowledge of corporate travel policies and compliance requirements.

· Relevant certifications in business travel management are advantageous.
