About the role

The Pacific Meat Company Incorporated is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility in Binan City Laguna. As a full-time role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and effective production of our high-quality products. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership position in a growing and dynamic company within the Food Manufacturing industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet daily and weekly targets
  2. Monitor production processes and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  3. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards
  4. Manage inventory levels and work closely with procurement and logistics teams
  5. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to production staff
  6. Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production workflows

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  2. Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control processes
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. Proficient in using production management software and tools
  6. Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
