- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial)
- Directs and controls the activities in his area to assure the smooth flow of production operations.
- Administers that assigned area contributed to the consistent attainment of quality and safety standards for finished products and in the workplace.
- With ISO documentation experience.
- Knowledgeable in SPC, FMEA, MSA, QC tools, etc.
- Initiate process improvements, equipment upgrades, and other opportunities for innovation.
- Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site
- Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
- Maintains manufacturing assets, facility, monitoring purchase orders and manages budget approval.
- With at least 3 years of Supervisory experience or specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent are welcome to apply.
