Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the facilities team to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversee maintenance and repair work for the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Perform regular inspections of the premises to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services related to facility management
  • Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans and ensure staff is trained accordingly
  • Collaborate with HR and management to ensure facilities meet the needs of all employees
  • Assist in budget planning and control for facility-related expenditures
  • Handle facility-related inquiries and issues reported by staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a similar supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance practices
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php33,653.12 per month
