Job Description

As a Case Manager, you'll coordinate between legal professionals and experts to ensure seamless case progress. From managing deadlines and communications to reviewing reports and maintaining compliance, your role ensures that every case meets the highest legal standards-making you an essential force behind successful outcomes.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Background in law or prior experience working in a law firm
  • Experience in customer service or client relationship management, ideally with corporate clients
  • Bachelor's degree required; law degree preferred
  • Qualified Lawyer or Senior Paralegal, ideally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong objection-handling, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to provide strong team support
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Solid understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Confident communicator via phone and email with diverse individuals

Your Daily Tasks

  • Liaise between experts and lawyers to ensure smooth progression of each matter
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to deadlines
  • Collaborate with the Research team to assign the most suitable expert
  • Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure expert reports meet court standards
  • Address and resolve issues during the report-writing process
