Job Description

As a Business & Data Analyst, you'll leverage your expertise in Excel and data analytics to create, manage, and maintain processes across organizational and client projects. Your work will focus on exporting, analyzing, and transforming datasets into actionable reports for management and clients.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM PHT (Tue-Sat); onboarding 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT; 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM schedule possible after training

Work setup: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 50,000 to PHP 150,000

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 1 year of experience required
• Proficiency with advanced Excel formulas (vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience working with datasets in Excel (any size required; large dataset handling a plus)
• General accounting and/or finance background strongly preferred
• Financial Planning and Analytics background is a plus
• Experience with data analytics, SQL, or another coding language is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

• Create, manage, and maintain organizational and client processes
• Export and analyze datasets using Excel to produce meaningful reports
• Support projects by transforming raw data into insights for decision-making
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting for both internal management and clients
