Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required

  • 3+years' Experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
  • Needs to be experienced in Queensland and/or NSW supporting AU client
  • Personal injury plaintiff experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skils
  • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

*What will you do?*

  • Ensuring rapid responses to telephone and email enquiries for your matters;
  • Dealing with prospects and client enquiries by phone and email;
  • Generating client agreements & signup correspondence to prospects.
  • Competent completion of forms e.g. Notice of Claim;
  • Preparing briefs to counsel and experts;
  • Preparing court documents;
  • Preparing medical chronologies;
  • Quality assurance of PE data input on prospects and new Litigation matters created;
