Your Role in Action

Be part of our client's team as a Contracts Paralegal and handle vendor NDA processes, contract redlining, and legal coordination with global partners. You'll review and negotiate agreements, support compliance protocols, and ensure seamless documentation management.

What It Takes to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract review and redlining, preferably with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word (track changes)
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple monitors and multitask efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality, error-free work under pressure
  • Proficiency with DocuSign for electronic signature workflows
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and contract language, especially related to NDAs, with the ability to interpret international agreements when needed
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and workflows; willingness to learn and work with AI platforms (experience with AI tools is a plus)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Facilitate the vendor NDA process in accordance with company compliance and vendor management protocols
  • Review, redline, negotiate, and draft NDAs on behalf of the company
  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of agreements
  • Maintain accurate version control and status tracking of all documents
  • Upload, organize, and manage documents in SharePoint
  • Provide legal support including document preparation, proofreading, research, and fact-checking
  • Coordinate with vendors' legal departments or designated representatives via email to review and finalize NDAs
  • Focus on reviewing, redlining, and negotiating third-party Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as part of vendor compliance and management services
  • Perform additional tasks as required; responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice
