Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Transport and Delivery Coordinator to oversee the daily movement of goods from our warehouse to customers and distribution points. The role ensures that deliveries are dispatched accurately, all supporting documentation is prepared and filed, and that each delivery is monitored until completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in coordinating logistics or transport operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily truck loading and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare all delivery documentation including invoices, delivery receipts (DRs), packing lists, and trip tickets.
  • Track and monitor all outbound deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Communicate closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery.
  • Verify returned delivery documents and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery and logistics records.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounting, and warehouse teams for invoice validation and delivery confirmation.
  • Report any delivery delays, issues, or customer feedback to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company logistics policies, safety, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1–3 years of experience in transport coordination, dispatch, or logistics operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and document preparation (invoices, DRs, trip tickets).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Metro Manila routes and delivery procedures.
  • Willing to work on-site in Las Piñas City.
