About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join our team at Phil Tech Express Business Solution in our Las Pinas City office. This full-time role will play a vital part in the smooth delivery of our projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating and monitoring the progress of multiple projects simultaneously
  2. Scheduling and facilitating project meetings, preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes
  3. Providing administrative support to project managers, including preparing reports, presentations and other documentation
  4. Tracking project milestones, deliverables and deadlines to identify and resolve any issues or delays
  5. Communicating regularly with internal teams and external clients to ensure projects stay on track
  6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  3. Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, ideally within a fast-paced business environment
  4. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint.
  5. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Good time management skills and the capacity to prioritise and multitask effectively
