Job Title: Field-Based Driver

Location: Las Piñas City but will be assigned sometimes at provinces for a week or more.

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Logistics Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible, safety-conscious, and reliable Field-Based Driver to support our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting personnel, goods, or equipment to designated locations, ensuring timely and secure delivery. All work-related expenses (fuel, tolls, meals during official trips, lodging if needed, etc.) will be fully covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company-assigned vehicles for field assignments in Quezon Province, Batangas, and other areas as needed.
  • Transport staff, equipment, and documents between offices, field sites, and partner locations.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper documentation.
  • Monitor road conditions and traffic laws to ensure safe and efficient travel.
  • Assist in loading/unloading materials as necessary.
  • Submit trip logs, fuel consumption records, and maintenance reports on time.
  • Coordinate with supervisors regarding trip schedules, routes, and vehicle concerns.
  • Maintain professionalism and courteous behavior while representing the company in the field.
  • Adhere to all company policies, especially related to safety and vehicle use.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training in automotive or driving is a plus.
  • With a valid professional driver's license (Restriction 1, 2, and 3 or higher).
  • At least 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably with fieldwork exposure.
  • Familiar with routes in Quezon Province, Batangas, and surrounding areas.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and dependability.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting schedules or locations.
  • Good communication skills and respectful demeanor.
  • Must be physically fit and able to handle long-distance driving.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
