Liberty Trading and General Services Corporation is a private company founded on October 15, 2014. It specializes in preventive maintenance services, including kitchen exhaust systems (IKECA standards), mechanical and chemical de-clogging, as well as civil, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design, installation, maintenance, repairs, and fabrication. Focused on facility and infrastructure upkeep—everything from kitchen exhaust cleaning, system checks, and clog removal to larger-scale mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural projects.

Under the direction of the Head of Operations, the Operations Support plays a key role in ensuring the smooth administration and continuous improvement of operational and customer support processes. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence across all functions of the organization. The Operations Support provides high-quality administrative and logistical support to both internal teams and external partners, helping the business run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to ensure administrative and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of operational processes to drive efficiency and quality service delivery.
  • Provide consistent and reliable assistance to day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  • Uphold company standards for documentation, reporting, and communication at all times.

Office & Administrative Duties:

  • Review and monitor the Executive Summary Report (ESR) for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform general clerical and documentation work, including KES (kitchen exhaust system) audit cleaning, processing for-signature files, and receiving files or memory cards from field crews.
  • Prepare and consolidate the Monthly Sales Report.
  • Check and manage daily emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Consolidate and track the Supervisors' Things To Do list (TTD) for accountability and completion.
  • Monitor KES cleaning schedules, bio-augmentation, and KES orientation activities.
  • Track and manage operations supplies inventory.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational activities.
  • Perform other tasks or special assignments as directed by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to coordinate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; detail-oriented and dependable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Highly adaptable with a proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
  • High school graduate or Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,500.00 per month
