Job Description

This is a full-time on-site People & Culture Supervisor role located in Mandaluyong City. The People & Culture Supervisor oversees recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the hotel's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
  • Oversee onboarding, exit processes, and employee records.
  • Lead trainings, employee development, and performance management.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and career development.
  • Drive employee engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR management/supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
