  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive and effective integration for all new hires
  • Assist with day-to-day People and Culture (HR) inquiries and provide support on policy and procedure guidance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with strong emphasis on hiring technical roles, preferably within the tech or fintech industry.
