Job Summary:

The Brand Marketing Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies that strengthen the company's brand presence and support business growth. The role involves planning campaigns, creating promotional materials, managing online and offline marketing activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.) to promote products and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners for marketing projects and events.
  • Create and manage content for social media, website, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials, product packaging, and visual merchandising.
  • Support corporate events, sponsorships, and public relations activities that enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing efforts reflect the brand's identity and values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in social media management, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
  • Experience in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
