We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
  • Organize promotional events and participate in trade shows or exhibitions.
  • Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or sales, or non-life insurance field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
