JOB SUMMARY:

Marketing Manager drives brand visibility, market share, and business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with business goals;
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience, analyze the competition and market trends;
  • Set market objectives, budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Campaign Execution and Analysis:

  • Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, both online and offline;
  • Create engaging and persuasive marketing content;
  • Oversee advertised campaign including budget allocation and performance tracking;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; report and provide insights to the management.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation;
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor brand performances, analyze and interpret market statistics.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return on investment.

People Management:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team by providing guidance, mentorship and support;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth operation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Communication, Advertising/Media, or related field.

Experience: With 5 to 10 years of experience in a managerial role, focusing on brand management in the retail or consumer goods industry. Experience in the Retail and Food & Beverage sectors is a big advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer insights and competitive analysis;
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Brand Development, Product Management, and Promotion.
  • Skilled in inventory management, visual merchandising, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills for market, consumer, and competitor insights.
  • Experienced with digital marketing tools, including social media, email, and ad campaigns.
  • Excellent communicator with an eye for brand consistency and visual storytelling.
  • Possesses strong influencer network and collaboration experience.
