Role Overview
We're looking for a data-driven Amazon PPC Specialist to manage and scale our advertising efforts on Amazon. In this role, you'll take ownership of campaign strategy, daily optimizations, and performance reporting across ad types, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. You'll collaborate with teams in the U.S. and the Philippines to ensure campaign alignment with brand, listing, and sales objectives.
This is a hands-on specialist role with a strong emphasis on analytical thinking, bid strategy, and continuous testing. You will directly impact visibility, conversion, and overall profitability for top-performing Amazon ASINs.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Advertising Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display
- Optimize bids, budgets, placements, and targeting to maximize ROAS and minimize ACOS
- Implement keyword harvesting and match type strategies for ongoing growth
- Conduct regular audits of account performance and uncover areas for efficiency gains
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, TACoS, and new-to-brand sales
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Use tools like Amazon Ads Console, Scale Insights, and Helium10 to analyze trends and adjust strategy
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and placements to improve conversion rates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with listing and catalog teams to ensure keyword and ad strategy alignment
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad copy and image direction
- Share campaign insights and contribute to broader marketing and product strategies
Marketplace & Competitor Insights
- Stay informed on Amazon advertising updates, beta tools, and industry trends
- Monitor competitor ad placements and campaign strategies to identify opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns end-to-end
- Strong understanding of Amazon ad types and their respective performance metrics
- Proficient in keyword research, bid management, and campaign structure best practices
- Experience using Amazon Ads Console, Helium10, DataDive, or similar tools
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into action
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional remote teams
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts/projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
