About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Trenton Marketing Corporation as an Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the overall business strategy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to support the company's business objectives
  2. Manage and optimize the company's resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness
  3. Identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to improve processes and drive continuous improvement
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and streamline operations, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across the organization
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and make data-driven decisions
  6. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the company's operations remain compliant and competitive
  7. Manage and mentor a team of operational personnel, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic industry
  2. Strong understanding of business operations, including resource planning, workflow optimization, and performance management
  3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
  4. Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
