DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. GENERAL

  1. Network Development

  2. Franchise and Network Relations

  3. Working knowledge on basic financials – sales forecasting, budgeting, profit and loss, breakeven, Return of Investment, and related financial statements.

B. FRANCHISING

  1. Eighty percent (80%) of the task of this position is to build and grow the franchise unit of the company.

  2. Ensure overall success of franchisor and franchisees.

C. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  1. Attends construction meetings and spearheads pocket meetings.

  2. Monitors project management accordingly and oversees timeliness of deliverables.

  3. Turn-over to Commercial Operations once construction is finished with necessary documentations.

D. INSTITUTIONAL SELLING

  1. Identifies and cultivates institutional clients, follows up on new business opportunities.

  2. Collaborates with support groups, mostly Marketing, Research and Development, Commissary, Accounting & Finance, ISIT, to ensure departments are current, and focused on the needed support to institutional partners.

E. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

  1. Ensures contract is upheld accordingly.

  2. Works with BD & F Manager for any amendment in the contracts.

F. SELF-MANAGEMENT

  1. Identifies own strength and developmental areas through Performance Evaluation.

  2. Works with BD & F Manager for the developmental areas.

G. Other ad hoc tasks relative to job role and function that may be assigned by the BD & F Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent courses and/or job experience.

  2. At least 2-5 years experience in Business Development, preferably from FMCG or Food and Beverage franchising.

  3. Must be willing to work in Quezon City and conduct client meetings outside of the office.

  4. Possesses technical and soft skills as stated.
