Sales & Recruitment Specialist (Part-Time – Remote)

About the Role:

We are hiring a part-time Sales & Recruitment Specialist to help us grow our network of Owner-Operators. This is a remote position with flexible hours and commission-based pay.

What You'll Do:

  • Call and message potential Owner-Operators to introduce our services and generate interest
  • Identify and qualify trucking partners through outreach and online platforms
  • Assist new Owner-Operators with onboarding, paperwork, and orientation
  • Maintain strong relationships through follow-ups and communication
  • Track leads and keep records updated in our system

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable with cold calling
  • Clear speaking voice with no accent or a native English accent
  • Voice recording required with your application
  • Self-motivated, professional, and organized
  • Trucking or logistics industry experience is a plus

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-based position
  • Pay is based on successful placements of qualified Owner-Operators

Schedule:

  • 20 to 40 hours per week
  • Flexible hours
