Your primary focus will be creating, strategically managing, and learning everything possible about Facebook ads.-> Requirements:Must have at least 1 year experience with Facebook ads analytics.Must have extensive experience with strategic planning based on analytics of ads.Must have at least 1 year experience with Meta ads.Available to work part-time (20 hrs/wk).Can work during standard US business hours.Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 10 Mbps)Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i5 or equivalent, RAM - 8GB).Backup power source or work location for power outages.-> Nice to Have:Familiarity with YouTube ads or LinkedIn ads or any other type of paid ad.-> Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Plan, set up, and optimize ad campaigns.Monitor ad performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and refine ad creatives and targeting strategies to enhance engagement and ROI.-> About You:For this position, the successful candidate will have/be:* High Attention to Detail: You are accurate, consistent, and thorough in your work.* Dependable & Trustworthy: You complete tasks on time and follow through on your commitments.* Resourceful & Proactive: You tackle challenges head-on and solve problems independently.* Great Communicator: You excel in both written and verbal English communication.HOW TO APPLYReady to join us?
