THE POSITION

As the Facebook Ads Specialist for our client, you'll play a key role in providing frontline technical assistance through helpdesk operations, ticket support, and systems monitoring using remote management tools. Your primary focus will be creating, strategically managing, and learning everything possible about Facebook ads.

-> Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year experience with Facebook ads analytics.

• Must have extensive experience with strategic planning based on analytics of ads.

• Must have at least 1 year experience with Meta ads.

• Available to work part-time (20 hrs/wk).

• Can work during standard US business hours.

• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 10 Mbps)

• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i5 or equivalent, RAM - 8GB).

• Backup power source or work location for power outages.

-> Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with YouTube ads or LinkedIn ads or any other type of paid ad.

-> Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan, set up, and optimize ad campaigns.

• Monitor ad performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.

• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and refine ad creatives and targeting strategies to enhance engagement and ROI.
