With an emphasis on clean ingredients and influencer-driven exposure, they are looking to build a high-impact team of creative and driven professionals.
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on creator wrangler who excels in relationship-building, content coordination, and digital storytelling. You'll take full ownership of identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers and affiliate partners across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Amazon. The goal: to drive awareness, amplify UGC, and help influencers grow while aligning with the brand's viral momentum.
Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and onboard 5–10 creators per day into the affiliate program
- Coordinate product gifting, affiliate tracking, and content timelines
- Provide clear, compelling content briefs aligned with brand tone and messaging
- Manage creator communications, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Edit and optimize short-form UGC (15–60 seconds) for cross-platform use
- Support both paid and organic creative direction
- Ensure creators tag the brand and post across required platforms
- Report on campaign performance: signups, engagement, conversions, content quality
Competencies and QualificationsMust-Have
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or UGC/content management
- Proven ability to source and manage digital creators
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
- Familiarity with affiliate programs and platforms
- Strong communication, follow-up, and project coordination skills
- Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & Amazon creator culture and trends
- Organized with experience managing UGC and content timelines
- Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT to streamline tasks
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in DTC, beauty, or skincare categories
- Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Creative Center, Meta Ads Library
- Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Amazon backend
- Basic performance tracking or reporting skills
