We're a fast-growing supplement brand operating in Canada and the USA. We're looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to grow our brand, community, and revenue across key channels.
What you'll do
- Own the social strategy: set channel goals, define content pillars, and build a data-driven roadmap aligned with growth targets.
- Plan and produce content: manage the editorial calendar; create and brief short-form video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), carousels, stories, captions, and emails that educate, inspire, and convert.
- Publish & engage daily: handle community management, social customer care, and moderation to build meaningful relationships.
- Influencer & UGC programs: identify, recruit, brief, and manage creators/affiliates; co-create campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; ensure FTC/ASA/platform-policy compliance and proper disclosures.
- Measure what matters: build dashboards and weekly reports; track reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, traffic, and revenue attribution (UTMs) across social and email.
- Test & learn: run experiments (giveaways, lives, whitelisting, collabs), share insights, and scale what works.
- Cross-functional partner: collaborate with Performance Marketing, CX, Product, and Email to keep messaging consistent and repurpose high-performing content.
- Stay ahead: monitor trends, competitors, and algorithm updates; champion best practices for health & wellness brands.
What you'll bring
- 3–5+ years managing social for a DTC/e-commerce brand (health/wellness or supplements is a plus).
- A portfolio with examples of TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts that drove measurable results.
- Strong copywriting/storytelling and basic design/video-editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe).
- Hands-on experience with influencer/affiliate management and contracts; working knowledge of claims and disclosure compliance (FTC/Health Canada/ASA).
- Comfortable with analytics and tools: Meta/TikTok/YouTube analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, Shopify/CRM, and a scheduler (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout).
- Organized, proactive, and KPI-oriented; thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
- Paid social familiarity (boosting, Ads Manager).
- Experience launching creator/affiliate programs.
- Email/CRM collaboration (e.g., Klaviyo) and basic SEO for content.
Success in your first 90 days
- A clear channel strategy and content calendar delivered on time.
- Consistent MoM lifts in reach, engagement rate, and profile visits.
- A vetted pipeline of creators with active campaigns and tracked performance.
- Demonstrable growth in social-attributed traffic and conversions.
