Job Description

As an Accounting Clerk, you'll perform reconciliations, financial reporting, and payment processing for U.S. clients. You'll work with global teams to maintain accurate financial records and support accounting operations that power thriving communities.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Excellent educational credentials with a focus on accounting
  • No required years of experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Excellent English-language communication skills
  • Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards

Your Daily Tasks

  • Assume ownership of the reconciliation process for CAM buildings/portfolios
  • Summarize current financial status of the division by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
  • Handle financial reporting for community condo and homeowners' associations
  • Work with the Chicago-based accounting department on CAM and corporate account reconciliations
  • Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
  • Support budget and forecasting activities
  • Assist in onboarding new community associations
  • Respond to accounting procedure questions
  • Collaborate with local Philippines personnel to understand operations and contribute to team growth
