Your Role Prepare and manage invoice run. Prepare and manage consultant Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) payments. Prepare bank upload for supplier payment run. Provide support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions. Assist with resolving queries and issues from contractors or suppliers. Timely bank and credit card transactions allocation and reconciliation. Assist with month‑end and End of Financial Year (EOFY) closing, including the preparation of general journals. What You Need Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role. Holder of a Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping. Proficient in SAP ByDesign, SAP Concur, and other accounting software. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Macros, etc.). Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.
