We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks and will be based in either Narra or Puerto Princesa, Palawan. The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate or already be a resident of Palawan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office files, records, and databases.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Greet and assist visitors, and address client inquiries.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
  • Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies.
  • Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting or equivalent course
  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Palawan with working hours from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • Must be able to accept additional work responsibilities from time to time
  • Willing to travel
