Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors, and driving market expansion. This role requires strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales background to achieve business growth targets.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, healthcare markets, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client visits and events
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and medical professionals.
- Leverage prior sales experience to generate leads, convert prospects, and grow revenue in assigned markets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and its products.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline status, and sales performance.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
