Job Summary:

Oversee the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient management of accounts related to transport, logistics, and distribution. Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with operations for smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AP, AR, general ledger, billing, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and support budgeting/forecasting.
  • Monitor operational costs, including fleet, fuel, and logistics expenses.
  • Supervise accounting team and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Assist with audits, internal controls, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance
  • 2–5 years' experience in accounting, preferably in transport, logistics, or distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and ERP/accounting software.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
