Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an
Accounting Manager
based in ASEANA, Parañaque. The Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and prepare timely financial reports. The role includes supervising accounting staff, managing general ledger activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, assisting in budgeting processes, and supporting management in financial decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
  • With strong background in accounting, treasury, and cost control
  • Preferably with management experience in a similar role
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Budgeting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to implement financial strategies
  • Proven track record in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
  • Amenable to work onsite and can start immediately
